Texas State CIM Announces New Program Director
We are pleased to announce that Dr. W. James Wilde, P.E. is the new program director of the CIM 
program at Texas State University. Prior to Texas State, Dr. Wilde was on the staff at Minnesota State University. He earned his Ph.D. in civil engineering at The University of Texas at Austin in 1998, and is a registered professional engineer in Minnesota and Utah. Before joining Minnesota State, Dr. Wilde was a project manager at the Transtec Group, Inc., in Austin, Texas for more than seven years, where he conducted pavement and concrete research, performed pavement design and forensics projects, developed and taught workshops and short courses for the Federal Highway Administration and for the University of Texas at Austin and conducted plan and specification reviews for clients around the United States.
