Chico State holds ribbon cutting ceremony for new concrete lab
Numerous Chico CIM Patrons, National Steering Committee members, CIM students, staff and alumni were in attendance on Oct. 9 as we celebrated the official grand opening of our new concrete and materials laboratory in Langdon Engineering Center, Room 120. The lab renovation was made possible with a $700,000 gift from CIM Patrons and a $350,000 contribution from the College of ECC. It transforms the 60-year-old concrete lab into a top-tier space truly befitting our CIM program and is a testament to the powerful impact philanthropy can have.
